Refund Policy



  • 1. General Policy: Tickets are non-refundable except as outlined below. Please ensure you review all details before purchasing.
  • 2. Cancellations by the Organizer: If the Event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizer, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or an option to attend the rescheduled Event. Notification will be provided via email.
  • 3. Requesting a Refund: Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the Event cancellation notice. No refunds will be provided for tickets purchased within 3 days of the Event.
  • 4. Transfer of Tickets: Tickets cannot be transferred or resold without the prior written consent of the Event organizers. Unauthorized transfers may result in denial of entry.
  • 5. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
  • 6. Force Majeure: The Event organizers are not liable for refunds or compensations in case of a force majeure event, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government restrictions.
